Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

5. Faulty or Damaged Products
