1. Your Right to Cancel

  • Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • You don’t need to give a reason, but you must notify us by email at chat@ukkitchendemo.techxdeveloper.com before the cancellation period ends.

2. Returning Items

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Please include your order number when returning items so we can process your refund quickly.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened kitchen utensils or food-related products.

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Clearance or sale items (where stated on the product page).

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos to help assess the issue.

  • In these cases, we will cover return costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a replacement item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
